We do not sell fixed tiers. After a 15-minute scoping call we lock a per-AI-Employee monthly rate and a per-AI-Employee one-time setup fee for your workspace. Add more AI Employees later at the same locked rate.

We scope what each AI Employee owns, then lock a monthly rate for your workspace. That rate never changes, even when you add the second or third Employee.
Setup fee, once per Employee
One-time setup fee covers the custom build, the integrations into your tools, and the 14-day live tuning window. Refundable on day 14 if we miss the success metric.

Why no fixed tiers?
Because every workspace is different. A med spa with one consult-recovery AI is not the same workflow as a precast manufacturer with a full estimating AI. Custom-scoping the rate per workspace means you pay what your work costs to operate, not a tier that does not fit.
What does the setup fee cover?
It is a one-time charge per AI Employee at kickoff. Covers the scoping call, the custom build inside your tools, the integrations (CRM, inbox, calendar, files), and the 14-day live tuning window. After day 14 the monthly rate we locked kicks in and the AI keeps running inside your workflow.
Can I start with one AI Employee and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with one AI Employee for their biggest bottleneck, then add a second or third 60 to 90 days in. The locked per-employee rate applies to every new Employee, plus the per-employee setup fee. You add Employees from inside your workspace by asking your Manager AI.
Is there a contract?
No. Every workspace is month to month on Stripe. If we stop earning it, you stop paying. We do not want clients trapped.
What if the AI Employee does not work?
We put $5K of our own money on the line. If it doesn't work, you keep the AI and get your money back. That's the whole point. Measured on day 14 against the success metric we agreed on day 1.
What payment methods?
Stripe (card, ACH, wire). Net-30 invoicing available on request.
Do you have referral rates?
