About ARC

We're Noah and Shawn. We built ARC because every business owner we knew was watching leads die in their inbox.

Two co-owners, two families, building custom AI Sprints for the workflow eating every operator's week. ARC started as the tool Noah built for his own business. Then we realized every owner we knew had the same bottleneck in different clothes.

The story

It started because I had the same problem as my clients.

Hey, Noah here.

I own two businesses. A marketing company and ARC. Before ARC was a product, it was a thing I built for myself. I was watching leads die in slow motion. Phone calls coming in after hours and going nowhere. Form fills sitting in my inbox over the weekend. Old leads in my CRM I knew would buy if I just followed up. But I never had the time.

I hired more people. That helped, but it was expensive, slow to scale, and never solved the after-hours problem. I tried every CRM and automation tool on the market. They were duct tape. None of them actually picked up the phone or replied to a real lead in 60 seconds.

So I built the thing I wanted. An AI that answers every inbound call, every text, every form, every DM, in under a minute. In my voice. Books the meeting. Logs everything in the CRM. Pings me with a summary when I'm back at my desk. The first time it booked a call for me at 11pm on a Saturday, I knew this wasn't just for me.

That's when Shawn jumped in. He's a business owner too, dad of two, and the kind of guy who sees a problem and immediately wants to know how many people it could help. Within a week he was on calls with dentists, roofers, med spa owners, insurance agents, contractors, the same people in our network. Every conversation told the same story. Everyone was leaving money on the table the same way I was. None of them had the time or the engineering team to build what I built.

That's the moment ARC stopped being my private tool and started being a company.

Business owner first, builder second. Within a week of seeing Noah's prototype he was on calls with dentists, roofers, med spa owners, insurance agents, same problem in different clothes. Runs the operating side so every Sprint lands clean.

Why we call it ARC

ARC is short for Noah's Ark. A refuge for owners drowning in the storm.

The name is on purpose. Most business owners we meet are underwater. Inbox at 400. Leads dying in slow motion. Phone ringing at 9pm on a Saturday. Storm after storm. We wanted to build the thing you climb into so the storm stops swallowing your week.

That's ARC. Not a tool you bolt on. A refuge that takes the workflow eating you alive and runs it for you, the same way you'd run it on your best day, in your voice, with your judgment. Every minute it gives back is a minute you spend on the part of the business only you can do.

We believe in the positive equity curve. Most days nothing dramatic happens. You answer one more lead. You get one more hour back. You ship one more quote. None of it feels like a moment. But six months in, those tiny daily wins compound into a business that looks nothing like the one you had before, and a life that looks nothing like the one you had before.

That's the whole goal. Quiet compounding. Boring math. No promises we can't keep. We'd rather under-pitch and over-deliver every single week than wow you on day one and let you down on day forty.

We're people of faith and we run this company that way. That means honesty when something breaks, refunds when we don't hit the bar, and treating your business like it feeds a family, because it does, and so does ours.

Who ARC is for

We're a fit for some service businesses. Not all of them.

Built for ✓
  • Service businesses doing $50K to $2M a month where most leads come inbound (calls, forms, DMs)
  • Owners who already spend on ads or SEO and want more out of every lead, not more leads
  • Verticals where after-hours leads are common: med spa, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, dental, insurance, law
  • Teams of 1 to 50 who want to scale without hiring 3 more receptionists
  • Operators willing to deploy software for 30 days and tune it weekly instead of buying a magic black box
Not the right fit ✗
  • Pre-revenue businesses with no inbound lead flow yet (we amplify a working pipe, we don't create one)
  • Pure ecommerce or DTC (we're built for service businesses with appointments, jobs, or consultations)
  • Enterprise above $50M ARR with a deep AI team already in place
  • Owners looking for "set and forget" with zero input (we tune the workforce on YOUR voice, which takes 14 days)
  • Anyone who'd rather hire more humans than deploy AI for philosophical reasons (that's a valid choice)
Our mission

Help service business owners use AI to save time, money, and headaches. That's it.

Big agencies and venture-backed enterprises already have this advantage. Your local roofer, dentist, or med spa owner shouldn't need a $5M raise to compete. We packaged what an AI consulting firm would charge $150K to build into a flat monthly price. Same caliber of workforce, none of the build cost.
